Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept items returned without a prior return request.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is delivered to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item without giving a reason within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take time to process and post the refund.
